White Spotted Char
The Whitespotted Char is an East Asian trout, known as iwana in Japan. The fish can be both landlocked and ocean-run, with the landlocked form typically growing up to 14 in (35 cm), preferring low-temperature streams. The seagoing fish typically grows to 28 in (70 cm) long. The Whitespotted Char is a carnivore, feeding on insects and plankton.
